TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE HOSPEDAJE Y PASES

Términos y condiciones

• En caso de pérdida de brazalete con llave, el costo es de $4,200 pesos.

• Tarjeta de Toalla $630 pesos (ya incluye impuestos).

• Estas tarifas aplican para llegadas anticipadas y salidas posteriores, tres noches antes y tres noches después.

• Precio por Room delivery $60 pesos por habitación por entrega.

• Estacionamiento sujeto a disponibilidad.

• Huéspedes que realicen reservación fuera de los organizadores, no tendrán acceso a los eventos Programados de RAICES CUBANAS.

• No se permite introducir alimentos o bebidas sin previa autorización del Hotel, quien en caso de ser necesario se reservará el derecho de cobrar una tarifa de acuerdo al tipo de alimentos que se pretenda introducir.

• El hotel se reserva el derecho de controlar el servicio de bebidas alcohólicas en caso de que algún huésped o externo haga disturbio.

• Se usara Cubrebocas en espacios cerrados que no tengan ventilación o que no haya una sana distancia.

• El huésped deberá respetar las políticas establecidas para el COVID.

• El huésped autoriza utilizar su imagen para publicidad del Festival en próximas Ediciones , en cualquier plataforma digital.

Los porcentajes antes mencionados no son acumulables y están basados en el número de cuartos noches contratados asi como pase del festival en bloqueo original del presente registro.

ENTRADA Y SALIDA PARA HABITACIONES:

Nuestra política en hora de entrada será a partir de las 15:00 horas, y la salida a las 12:00 horas, las habitaciones no podrán ser asignadas antes de esta hora, sin embargo dependiendo de nuestra disponibilidad, se tratará de asignar las habitaciones antes de la hora de entrada ya establecida en caso de ser solicitada. Se podrán consumir alimentos hasta las 15:00 horas del día de su salida.

CARGOS POR NO SHOW Y SALIDAS ANTICIPADAS:

No Show: Si alguna de las habitaciones reservadas y confirmadas no se presenta en la fecha de llegada, se cargara penalidad por no show de la estancia completa y en la ocupación que se haya solicitado la reservación. Salidas Anticipadas: Cargo del total de la estancia según la ocupación reservada. El Hotel abrirá cuentas individuales, por separado para cada uno de los integrantes del Festival, a, en donde se realizarán todos los cargos extras que no estén considerados.

POLÍTICAS DE SEGURIDAD:

Queremos hacer notar que al momento de firmar esta carta contrato, se están aceptando cada uno de los lineamientos establecidos en la misma, igual que todas las reservaciones, están sujetas al cumplimiento de los depósitos acordados previamente entre “Participantes” y “Organizador”. Cualquier daño ocasionado al equipo y mobiliario del hotel, correrán por cuenta del involucrado de acuerdo al monto que estipule el hotel por dicho daño causado.

El Hotel no será responsable de pérdidas, robos o extravíos de bienes que no hayan sido depositados en las cajas de seguridad del Hotel. El uso de las instalaciones, equipos y áreas del hotel son bajo la estricta responsabilidad de cada huésped o persona, por lo que el hotel no se hará responsable de accidentes o daños causados a las personas o sus bienes.

No se permite el uso de fuegos pirotécnicos en frio, así como el dispersar confeti dentro de los salones y teatro El Hotel y/o Festival se reserva el derecho a cancelar el presente contrato en caso de que el Cliente no hubiere realizado los depósitos o exista algún incumplimiento por parte del Cliente. Queda expresamente entendido que cada parte quedará liberada de las obligaciones de este contrato en el caso de que el cumplimiento del mismo sea demorado o evitado por cualquier causa ajena a su control, incluyendo sin limitación algunos actos de la naturaleza, actos u órdenes de las autoridades gubernamentales, fuego, pandemia, inundación o explosión, actos de Dios, venta del hotel, construcción, paro de labores y otras restricciones de trabajo, sea parcial o general, por cualquier causa.

Pero si el acontecimiento que previno o demoró el cumplimiento de dicho contrato dejará de existir, será obligación del Hotel (cualquiera que sea el caso) hacer la corrección de dicho cumplimiento.

● In case of a lost bracelet with a key, guests must pay a $4,200 MXN fee ($211 US dollars)

● A fee of $630 MXN (taxes included) will be charged for each replacement towel card ($32 US dollars).

● Same rates will apply for up to 3 nights before and after the event.

● Parking service upon availability.

● Guests who book a stay through any other agency or organization other than the event’s organizers, shall not have access to any occurrences held by RAICES CUBANAS FESTIVAL.

● Outside food or drinks are not permitted without prior authorization from the Hotel. The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee according to the type of food or drink.

● The hotel reserves the right to control the service of alcoholic beverages in the event of a disturbance by any guest or external party.

● Guests must follow safety measures regarding the use of face masks in closed spaces with poor ventilation or in which keeping your distance isn’t feasible.

● Guests to the event and venue are hereby authorizing the usage of their image for any future festival’s publicity on any digital platform.

CANCELLATION POLICIES Next you’ll find a chart specifying times and deadlines regarding cancellations and refund percentages:

The previously mentioned percentages are not accumulative and are based on the number of suites and overstay nights, as well as the agreed type of pass originally confirmed in the present document.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICIES:

Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 12:00 pm, noon. Please understand that hotel rooms will not be available before 3 pm, however depending on our availability, we will try to assign the rooms before the established check-in time if requested. Food and drinks may be consumed until 3:00 p.m. on the day of your departure.

CHARGES FOR NO SHOWS and EARLY DEPARTURES:

No Show: If a participant with a confirmed hotel suite does not show up on the date of their check in, a “no-show” penalty will be charged for the entire stay. Early Departures: If a participant must depart early, there is no refund. They will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Guest Charges: The hotel will open individual accounts, separately for each of the members of the festival, where any extra charges will be made and paid when departing.

SECURITY POLICIES:

We want to note that at the time of signing this contract letter, each of the guidelines established therein are being accepted, like all reservations, are subject to compliance with the deposits previously agreed between "Participants" and "Organizer". Any damage caused to equipment and/or furniture of the hotel will be charged to the person involved according to the amount stipulated by the hotel for said damage caused.

The Hotel will not be responsible for loss, theft or loss of goods that have not been deposited in the Hotel's safe deposit boxes. The use of the facilities, equipment and areas of the hotel are under the strict responsibility of each guest or person, so the hotel will not be responsible for accidents or damages caused to people or their property. The use of cold fireworks is not allowed, as well as the scattering of confetti inside the halls and theater.

The Hotel and/or Festival reserves the right to cancel this contract in the event that the participant has not made the deposits (in the cases of people paying in installments) or there is a breach by the participant. It is expressly understood that each party will be released from the obligations of this contract in the event that its fulfillment is delayed or prevented for any reason beyond its control, including, without limitation, some acts of nature, acts or orders of the authorities. governmental, fire, pandemic, flood or explosion, acts of God, sale of the hotel, construction, work stoppage and other work restrictions, whether partial or general, for any reason.

However, if the event that prevented or delayed the performance of said contract will cease to exist, it will be the hotel's obligation (whatever the case) to correct the situation by refunding any paid amount.
